Day 2 of my #CoronaHomeFitnessChallenge, cycled for 60mins on the home cycling trainer.

Felt good to start the Monday with a puddle of sweat which aides in the release of oxytocin, dopamine, endorphins, and serotonin in the body. ?‍♀️??

Exercising is a powerful tool to feel better in any situation, especially in times like Social distancing, #workfromhome & isolation.

Take the challenge today, take out 30mins/60mins at home/society premises. You can do the following -???‍♀️?‍♂️

  1. Running & walking
  2. Dancing
  3. Yoga/ Surya namaskar
  4. Floor exercises – push-ups, Crunches, stretch
  5. Indoor Cycling
