Felt good to start the Monday with a puddle of sweat which aides in the release of oxytocin, dopamine, endorphins, and serotonin in the body. ?♀️??
Exercising is a powerful tool to feel better in any situation, especially in times like Social distancing, #workfromhome & isolation.
Take the challenge today, take out 30mins/60mins at home/society premises. You can do the following -???♀️?♂️
- Running & walking
- Dancing
- Yoga/ Surya namaskar
- Floor exercises – push-ups, Crunches, stretch
- Indoor Cycling
